
Delivery Charges

United Kingdom deliveries
- Delivery is free for Oxfordshire UK delivery addresses in the following postcode areas -
OX1 to OX4 and OX11 to OX14 for first time orders over £50 or repeat orders over £75.
Free deliveries are made on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Mainland UK delivery not to the above is £7.50 for the first case (12 x 75cl) and £6.50 for each subsequent case.
- Orders for less than one case (1-11 bottles) are charged £12.50.
- For orders of £250 or more, mainland UK delivery is free.
Please note: Delivery to Northern Ireland involves a supplement charged by our carrier - we will notify this at the time of confirming your order.
For the purposes of delivery the Channel Islands are considered International, and therefore not covered by our standard delivery rates. Please check with us before ordering.

European Union (EU) deliveries
We can deliver to EU destinations, but this will incur a surcharge. If there is a delivery surcharge we will
contact you to confirm this and finalise delivery arrangements.
United States (USA)
While we can accept orders from US customers for delivery to UK destinations, we cannot ship to the US.
Delivery Times
- We normally make the majority of all UK deliveries within working 5 days (excluding weekends), although in reality it is usually 24 to 48 hours. (Northern
Ireland, and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland may take longer).
- However, some wines are stored in-bond and therefore may take a little longer to despatch; all should be delivered within 7 - 10 day days.
- The final exception is wines bought as futures, en primeur or wines bought and paid for in advance their arrival in UK - usually limited release wines where availability is limited.
- All such exceptions to our normal delivery times are indicated.
- For delivery on a specific date - please specify "comments" box on the order page.
- Should you require delivery after a particular date, please specify in the "comments" box on the order page.
- Overseas deliveries are quoted separately - please contact us to obtain a separate quotation.
- Orders will not be left unless the carrier can obtain a signature or we have specific instructions of where the consignment can be left (please use the "comments" box).
- If the delivery cannot be completed a card will be left with a phone number so another delivery day can be arranged.
Deliveries To The Workplace
We can deliver to work addresses. We do not normally deliver on weekends or UK National holidays, except by special arrangement. There may be a charge for this service, agreed in advance - please contact
us on the telephone number above if you wish to discuss week-end deliveries.
